I write on topics related to leadership, healthcare, digital transformation, current culture, philosophy, and other varied topics, and have published on multiple platforms including Forbes, LinkedIn, and Medium. I do not write as often as I would like to mostly due to the daily routine and the amount of time it takes to produce quality work. Much like music, I write from a position of having something in my mind, a concept or thought, that gradually develops and almost out of necessity I have to write it down.

A company that embodies its values, places the right people in the right seats, maintains a clear purpose, establishes successful partnerships, and has a plan to realize its mission can achieve anything.

How does King David, the greatest king of Israel, and an amazing leader allow himself to fall so fast and so far? He was missing three key ingredients for effective leadership: purpose, accountability, and introspection.

The challenges healthcare is facing require innovative approaches that look at the industry in a brand-new light and with a completely new perspective. By embracing collaboration and partnerships, traditional players and industry disruptors can better leverage their perspectives, strengths, and insights to create more innovative healthcare.

If the last few years have taught us anything, it is that the easy scenarios are fleeting, and the challenging scenarios are ongoing. As leaders, we have to be honest with ourselves and decide the kind of leader we want to be.
