About Me

I have over 25 years of experience in Technology and Business Transformation across a variety of sectors including energy, legal, financial, non-profit, and healthcare.

I work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business strategy, turning ideas into market-ready solutions. I thrive in dynamic environments that require both strategic vision and hands-on execution, which has helped me successfully bring mission-critical products to market, solve complex challenges, and build strong relationships with clients to drive lasting impact.

Although my initial passion was not oriented toward technology, and at one point I considered a career in music, I have a deep appreciation for how technology impacts people’s lives on a daily basis. I firmly believe in our ability to use technology as an enabler in making a positive difference by delivering user-centric experiences that enhance people’s lives.

Originally from Argentina, known for tango, fine wine, steak, and world-class soccer, I relocated to Houston in the early ’90s. When not working, you’ll find me producing music in my home studio or engaging in community events. I’m an avid reader, delving into philosophy, politics, history, religion, and the occasional spy novel.

Leading with a values-centric, servant leadership style is of utmost importance to me. Through the Forbes Technology Council, I have shared my insights in a couple of articles that encapsulate my leadership philosophy: The Importance of Values-Centric Leadership and 5 Essentials Components of a Healthy Organization. As leaders, it’s our duty to translate these values into everyday discussions and actions. We have been given talents for a purpose, and our efforts should be aimed at maximizing them for the benefit of others.

Music

I produce and compose music in a variety of genres, styles, and settings. Some of my work comes out of music journaling where I develop a theme out of something I read or heard. Other times, I cover a song I love, or as a gift to someone. I believe any gift is to be maximized so I am constantly learning and perfecting my craft.

This song portrays a heartfelt dialogue between two friends. One shares their struggles, seeking understanding, while the other offers empathy and support. Their conversation brings healing and strength, capturing the beauty of friendship through honesty and compassion.

This song reflects on a couple’s journey, recalling shared experiences that shaped their relationship. It highlights how they’ve grown stronger through joys and challenges, celebrating their deep bond and resilience, ultimately uniting them as one.

This song captures the profound promise between two people committing their lives to each other in front of loved ones. It highlights the deep emotions and dedication of their lifelong partnership, celebrating the strength of their bond and the journey ahead.

Conversations With Myself Podcast

Conversations With Myself stems from my desire to engage people from various walks of life and gain insight into their perspectives on the world, their views on our culture, and life in general. It serves as an attempt to inspire others to be intentional about initiating conversations, even with individuals with whom we may disagree, in order to gain a glimpse of their worldviews. I firmly believe that through dialogue and exposure to diverse points of view, we can contribute to making our world a better place.

I am in the process of putting the final touches to this project and hope to launch sometime in 2025.
