I am a technology and business transformation leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations execute through complexity. I have led initiatives across energy, legal, financial services, non-profit, and healthcare environments, with a focus on delivering practical results where technology, operations, and business priorities intersect.
My work has centered on turning ideas into outcomes with tangible life applications. I thrive in environments that call for both strategic judgment and hands-on execution, whether that means bringing mission-critical products to market, tackling complex challenges, or helping organizations regain momentum when progress has stalled.
Although my path did not begin in technology, and at one point I considered pursuing music professionally, I have come to appreciate the role technology plays in everyday life. What draws me to this work is the opportunity to use technology as an enabler, creating experiences that are practical, human, and genuinely improve how people live and work.
Originally from Argentina, I now live in Sugar Land, Texas. Outside of my professional work, I spend time producing music in my home studio and staying involved in community events. I am an avid reader with interests that range from philosophy and history to politics, theology, and the occasional spy novel.
My leadership style is shaped by a values-centric and servant-leadership philosophy that stems from a Christian worldview. I believe values should not stay on a wall or on a slide deck, but rather they should naturally surface in daily decisions and conversations. Through my writing with the Forbes Technology Council, including The Importance of Values-Centric Leadership and 5 Essential Components of a Healthy Organization, I have shared how I think about leadership, stewardship, and responsibility. We are given talents for a purpose, and I believe our work should be aimed at using them well for the benefit of others.
Saved by Grace. Soli Deo Gloria.
MY WRITING
I write to clarify my thoughts on various subjects. Sometimes I’m sharing a lesson I’ve learned, and other times I’m simply working through my ideas to understand them better.
My writing reflects who I am: a Christian, a servant-leader, a technologist, and someone who never stops learning. I tend to write about leadership, organizational health, and culture.

MY MUSIC
I compose and produce music across a range of genres, styles, and settings. Much of my work comes from music journaling, where a theme often emerges from something I have read, heard, or reflected on. Other pieces take shape as reinterpretations of songs I enjoy, or as personal projects created as gifts.
Music is a discipline for me because it demands patience, attention to detail, and the willingness to keep working on something until it clicks.
I believe gifts are meant to be developed and stewarded, which is why I continue to learn, experiment, and push myself to improve my craft.
Conversations With Myself Podcast
Conversations With Myself grew out of my desire to think out loud and engage others through honest conversation. The podcast is a space to explore how people from different backgrounds see the world, how they make sense of culture, leadership, faith, and life, and how those perspectives shape the choices they make.
At its core, the podcast is about conversation, not agreement. I believe dialogue, especially with people we may disagree with, helps us see more clearly, listen more carefully, and understand the world beyond our own assumptions. I hope that these conversations encourage greater intentionality and humility in how we engage one another.
The podcast is currently in development, with a planned launch in 2026.
