About Me

I have over 25 years of experience in Technology and Business Transformation across a variety of sectors including energy, legal, financial, non-profit, and healthcare.

Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams in the delivery of products and mission-critical business transformation initiatives. I have extensive knowledge weaving Agile as a continuous improvement mindset, and Change Management practices throughout the enterprise to achieve unprecedented success.

Although my initial passion was not oriented toward technology, and at one point I considered a career in music, I have a deep appreciation for how technology impacts people’s lives on a daily basis. I firmly believe in our ability to use technology as an enabler in making a positive difference by delivering user-centric experiences that enhance people’s lives.

Originally from Argentina, known for tango, fine wine, steak, and world-class soccer, I relocated to Houston in the early ’90s. When not working, you’ll find me producing music in my home studio or engaging in community events. I’m an avid reader, delving into philosophy, politics, history, religion, and the occasional spy novel.

Leading with a values-centric, servant leadership style is of utmost importance to me. Through the Forbes Technology Council, I have shared my insights in a couple of articles that encapsulate my leadership philosophy: The Importance of Values-Centric Leadership and 5 Essentials Components of a Healthy Organization. As leaders, it’s our duty to translate these values into everyday discussions and actions. We have been given talents for a purpose, and our efforts should be aimed at maximizing them for the benefit of others.
